Membership at The Resort

At The Resort, we offer a variety of membership tiers to suit our guests’ diverse needs and preferences. Each membership level is designed to provide a unique blend of privileges and services, ensuring that every member enjoys their time at the resort to the fullest. Whether you’re a frequent visitor or seeking exclusive access, there’s a membership tier that aligns perfectly with your lifestyle.

Importantly, these tiers are not designed to elevate one member’s experience over another. All members receive the same level of service, room options, and access to amenities. The variation in tiers reflects practical differences, such as guest allowances and advanced booking windows, to accommodate different travel preferences and usage levels.

Resort Membership

The standard Resort Membership is $2,500 per year per couple, with adjusted rates for singles ($1,250) and throuples ($3,750). This tier provides an excellent balance of value and benefits. Resort Members staying for at least four nights receive complimentary arrival service and ground transportation for a seamless beginning to their stay.

Members in this tier may invite up to two guests to join them at the resort and can request that clothing, personal items, or sporting equipment be stored securely at The Resort between visits.

Junior Membership

Designed for guests aged 35 and under, Junior Membership includes all the benefits of the standard Resort Membership at a reduced rate of $1,250 per year for couples and $625 for individuals. This rate remains valid until the member reaches age 36, making it an ideal option for younger travelers seeking full access at a more accessible price point.

Villa Membership

The Villa Membership, priced at $3,500 per year, is ideal for those who prioritize access to our exclusive on-site villas. It includes all Resort Membership benefits, plus several enhancements. Villa Members may invite up to four guests to join them on the property and benefit from an extended villa booking window—90 days earlier than Resort or Junior Members.

Villa Membership is required for all members aged 50 and above. This ensures that senior members can enjoy greater flexibility and guaranteed access to preferred accommodations during peak times, special events, and concerts hosted at The Resort.

Equity Members

Equity Members have invested financially in The Resort. This tier offers the highest level of access and exclusivity. Equity Members enjoy the earliest booking windows and may invite up to eight guests, making it ideal for those who frequently travel with larger groups of friends or family.

This membership also includes access to private amenities such as wine storage and select invitations to exclusive events held at the resort.

Premier Membership

Premier Membership is intended for those who seek the same privileges as Equity Members without having participated in the original acquisition of The Resort. For $25,000 per year, Premier Members receive identical booking windows, guest allowances, and personalized amenities. This tier also includes invitations to exclusive events and eligibility to participate in future opportunities related to the resort’s growth and expansion.

Extended Stays Welcome

All members are welcome to extend their stay at The Resort from weeks to months. For those who telecommute, have flexible schedules, or enjoy the summer months off, The Resort offers an ideal setting to settle in. Whether choosing an oceanfront suite for tranquility or a villa with full butler service for an added layer of luxury, long-term stays allow members to experience the property as a true home away from home.
