Through our dedicated guest app, visitors can seamlessly browse availability and select dates and accommodations, from beautifully appointed suites to luxurious private villas. Once confirmed, guests simply enter their flight details, and our Concierge Arrival Service takes care of the rest.

Commercial Flight Guests: A Seamless Arrival

Upon landing at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport, guests are greeted immediately at the gate by our dedicated concierge. Enjoy VIP fast-track service through immigration and customs, bypassing the usual airport queues. After expedited processing, guests relax in a private lounge with a refreshing cocktail or cool towel while awaiting their luxury transportation.

A chauffeured premium sedan or custom Mercedes Sprinter will transport guests smoothly and comfortably from the airport directly to The Resort. For guests looking to maximize their time, we also offer expedited charter flights from Montego Bay to the Negril Aerodrome.

Private Flight Arrivals

Guests arriving via private aircraft simply provide their estimated arrival time. They have the choice of premium ground transportation from Montego Bay or continuing their journey with a quick flight directly to Negril Aerodrome, ensuring maximum convenience and minimal travel time.
